Metcar Vanes and Rotors
SKU Model: -
Carbon graphite materials are widely used for vanes and rotors in rotary vane pumps handling liquids and gases. They are ideal for low-viscosity, poorly lubricating fluids, aggressive chemicals, and gases such as air, vacuum, combustion products, and fuel vapors. Carbon graphite vanes withstand continuous rubbing against the housing and rotor slots, while lightweight rotors reduce energy consumption and resist wear. Together, these components deliver excellent self-lubrication, wear resistance, and reliability. Metcar supplies carbon graphite vanes and rotors to OEMs and rebuilders, manufactured to customer specifications, with technical support available for material selection.
